Refund Policy

How many days do I have to request a refund?

We give you 15 days after your order to send back your order or part of your order for which ever reason.

Why is the refund policy only 15 days? Many businesses are 30 days or more.

Most of the products we sell are figurines with, in many cases, non movable parts. They are the kinds of products that you order, make sure the Post Office or UPS did not kick them around too much, leave in the box for collectablility-sake or add to your display; nothing more beyond that.

This window is long enough for those who recieve their items while on vacation and do not have the chance to inspect for an initial issue that occured while in transit.

The 15 day timeframe is also short enough to discourage a practice done by a very small minority of buyers who order these collectables in bulk only for the purpose of flipping the sometimes rare items for a profit and then return them all if they fail to sell. Unlike retailers and manufactuers in other industries, we have no problem in seeing products bought be resold on ebay, amazon etc...that is the natue of a marketplace and in our opinions, anti-internet market to restrict such practices. The issue is when those who buy in bulk do not take responsibility of the risks involved with reselling collectables and simply abuse return policies ^^;; Because many of the items we sell are rare and usually only have one release period, we want to make sure every person who wants these awesome items can order them at or around their intended SRP.
